Valley West Apartments

Good Value, Crappy Neighborhood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001   I lived at Valley West for 5 years, yes, 5 years. The apartments are very spacious, the second floor ones are great with the vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is the same size you'd expect to find in a regular home. The grounds are well maintained although lately when I've gone by there the dumpsters have been overflowing on to the pavement which in the summer is quite unpleasant. Also, the second floor apartments have 2 sky lights which means it gets hella hot in the summer. Office staff are friendly. They allow both kitties and doggies. Turnover in the apartments is VERY high so don't bother making an effort to know your neighbors, they'll be gone in 3 months.
