They like robbers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I had been there for 1 year in a 2/2 complex. It looks very nice and that is why we choose this one. My roommate and me are young profession and spend most of time in company. You can imagin how long we can stay in the room. Nothing damaged when we moved out, and the final checklist just say several bleech spots on the living room carpet. We all think the apartment was good until we received the bill. They said they changed the carpet for the several spots on that and we should pay $700 for it! The manager was very rude, like an ass, when we argue with them. Finally we paid for these robbers. In such economy, we have to work hard hard and have no spare time to deal with them. We lived there 1 year only and paid them a new carpet. If you really like their nice complex, stay longer. Then you may pay less on such things, averagely. :-) Additionally, the neighbor is San Jose Library, neighbor's neighbor is a fire station, which may generate noisy whisles at night.
