Via Reggio Apartments

Great place, Terrible management From: JoeyArkenstat Date posted: 5/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 1999   We lived in Via Reggio for two years. It was a nice place, although it was a bit spendy and the kitchen area is small. I strongly agree with all of the negative opinions expressed about the management, They ARE rude, they ARE unprofessional a good deal of the time, and they treat the tenents at this upscale complex like college kids in a dorm. They need to understand that people who can afford rents like these are professionals, and deserve to be treated as such. To their credit, they do respond quickly (although rather condecendingly) to trouble calls. Also, their maintenance guy is super nice and top notch. We currently are shopping for an apartment in the area again, and would not consider going back based solely on the management team of Rich and Bev. 3 stars for the place, No stars for the management, 5 stars for the hired hands.
