Nicest ever From: pattyj313@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   I've been living here for years. Moved from Studio to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom, then, Studio again. Never want to leave this place. Bev and Rich, as well as Kelly are really friendly & nice people. I was locked out several times and they came to rescue promptly. I'd love to live here longer, but since I changed my job, I have to move somewhere closer to the city. I feel safe living here since they have security guard every nite to check on our parking lot; they have gated parking. And they did a good job in informing the residents for upcoming maintenance events, as well as tips like "don't let unfamiliar faces come in the front door" and so forth. If I ever get a new job in South Bay, Via Reggio will be the first place I'll consider in moving in.
