Via Reggio Apartments

Not the best........... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Complex is very spacious and livable. Grounds are always nice and well kept. Recently new management was hired and it seems as if the complex is falling apart. Maintenance couple is nice, but the male is NOT qualified for the job. I have placed maintenance requests for a simple problem recently and he said he had fixed the problem. When I came home that night I was having the same problem. I waited until Saturday when I usually see Kelly to ask for help. Kelly then fixed the problem correctly. I will most likely continue to reside at this complex as long as Kelly is here to fix the problems that may arise.
