Great Managers! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I think the new managers are great. The Maintenance manager has always responded and corrected any problems I have had. He is definitely capable of his job. The painter has been here for a while and some tenants are more familiar with him. However, I would not say that he was more capable than the manager to complete the job. The complex looks great and I plan to stay here for a long time.
