I have been living at Via Reggio for a little over four years now. The place was always nice and everything seemed to be fixed when there was a problem. That was until recently....I have a few aquantances who live in the both buildings of the complex. I have heard them say on numerous occassions that there have been a few work orders for the simplest item to be fixed and it was not fixed correctly. What's the use of having maintenance technicians if they can't fix the proble,'! I will be one of the first people to say that if I run into an issue like this, it will not be long after that I will put in my notice. Also, the fact that the new management likes to rent to younger adults and people who do not look to be qualified, shows the quality of this complex going in a downward spiral. I am sad to say that I miss Beverly & Rich because at least when they were managers this place had some class!

No offence but you CAN NOT tell if a person is unqualified by looking at them...that is discrimination! Before making an accusation such as that, you should get to know the tenantyou might be surprised that they are indeed qualified.

I am one of those young people. I am a teacher, and I am quiet and responsible... but you probably wouldn't assume that by looking at me. When you see me in the hall, try not to judge!

Just because a couple are young does not mean that they are unqualified or lowlifes. You may want to consider getting your arrogant self off of your high horse and looking at reality.
