Via Reggio Apartments

I Miss Via Reggio :( From: karen2266@aol.com Date posted: 3/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   My husband and I just moved from Via Reggio last December. We lived there for 2 and 1/2 years and we loved it. We only moved because we needed to be closer to his job. We rarely had any maintenance problems, but when we did, we had a technician there the same day. The work was done efficiently. When we moved out we were told that the cleaning charges are a standard charge that applies to everyone. The advantage to paying the cleaning charges is that when we moved out, we just left the unit as is. Since we didnt cause any damage in the unit, we got the rest of our security deposit back. If we were to ever move back to this area, we would definitely call this place first.
