The apartment is pretty spacious for the amount that we're paying a month. It was actually one of the nicer apartments that we went to look at. I'll go through the apartment and various areas of the complex.
Apartment
Spacious, 1000 sq ft, high ceilings, balcony and extra storage room in the balcony area. Lots of closet space, but the kitchen is a bit cramped. Cabinets are made of particle board with veneer and the bits of particle board flake off a bit sometimes. Carpet is clean. Air conditioning unit is attached to the wall and the wall heaters are near the floor but they work. Refrigerator is a bit old but it still works and is in good condition. Dishwasher and microwave are good. There is a hot water spigot that has almost boiling water which is great. Bathrooms are in good shape but the cabinets are the same as in the kitchen and need to be redone.
Apartment Grounds
Good amount of parking. Also each apartment is given one designated underground parking spot. Complex is locked and requires a buzzer to allow entrance into the building. There is a fitness room which is in shabby condition, and not worth using. Pool area is kept in good condition but we never use it. Grounds kept clean and trees are trimmed. Quiet complex, rarely any noise from neighbors or in the hallways. Sometimes noises can be heard from outside but that's only because the windows do not keep out any sound at all. Supposedly there is security that patrols the grounds after dark but I've honestly never seen anyone. However, the grounds are safe and aside from an incident where the office was broken into, there's been no other problems.
Managers and Staff
Terah and Clarence are nice and friendly whenever we have had an questions or problems with the apartment. We had a water leak coming from the apartment above us and they fixed it about a week afterward. We didn't mind the delay because they got back to us and told us specifically when they were coming in. Haven't had any other complaints aside from that.
My husband and I probably won't be moving elsewhere unless it's to get one with a washer and dryer in unit.

My husband and I moved out and broke our lease. The early move-out was not due to the apartment. Technically, we would have been responsible for continuing to pay rent until the end of our contracted lease, however, through a slip-up of theirs, we only paid a pro-rated amount of rent for the last month we stayed.
We scrubbed that place clean. Patched all nail holes, cleaned the walls, and vacuumed every nook and cranny of the house. The only amount that was taken out of our deposit was the carpet cleaning because we had a dog and that only came out to about $85. There was actually something else deducted as well, but I do not remember at this time. Let's just say that we got almost all of our deposit back.
Aside from what I said earlier, nothing new to add except I did not like Terah at all. Clarence was much nicer to us than Terah was, and towards the end when we were trying to contact them regarding moving out, it took forever for them to get back to us. Terah was on maternity leave and the people I spoke to were completely incompetent. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
