Aparments are nice and set right in the middle of an okay part of Downtown san jose.Management is good verbally, but could be little less talk and a little more action.Materials in house are cheap but work fine. Call to get things fixed as as they happen and follow up with maintenance being done. MARK ALL PROBLEMS UPON MOVE-IN WALK THRU, especially carpet because they will charge you in the end. There is undrground, gated parking for residents but its not well lit. You get 2 parking spaces but pick one and park in it religiously because if you switch it up, YOU MAY GET TOWED.( I got towed twice) Lock your doors and dont let guest park in your space because they will get towed. Theres ample /public guest parking. Neighbors are a bit ghetto. They can be loud and crass but thier freindly.Cops are there often but only because there alot of minorities in the complex and they think we "all fit the description". There's a nice park across the street. Laundry facility is nice but small; 2 washers, 2 driers per 50 complexes.
