Villa Veneto At Palm Valley

Apartments are Good, but staff and price are poor:( From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I have lived at Villa Veneto for over a year. The maintenence is top notch and the place is very well maintained. You can really tell the owners care about the appearences. However, when it comes to the office staff, they aren't really interested in you once you have signed up. And rude, especially this one female manager (watch-out). Since the economy slowed down, rent has decreased some what, but at a slower pace than most other apartment complexes. In the last portion of my stay at Villa Veneto, things seemed to be getting worse as far as noise, garbage and lots more younger rowdier renters. I think this is due to the owners focusing on the newer building at Palm Valley. I would recommend renting elsewhere for this price.
