Not worth the current price, Look elsewhere!!

This place is cosmetically nice, but the prices are overinflated and the place is very noisy. We decided to move out when we found we could get a better place (one extra bathroom and one extra bedroom) for about 75% of what we were paying at Villa Veneto. At Villa Veneto you are required to pay for water and garbage disposal as well, something that will cost you and extra $50/month. After you stay longer than a year, you will no longer be elegable for month free or anything like that. So be prepared to pay up when your lease comes due.
The turn over is quite high with many people moving in and out constantly. I also find it strage that there are always people soliciting at your door in a gated community'
In short I would recommend that people look elsewhere and look past the glossy exterior that is Villa Veneto.
