Villa Veneto At Palm Valley

Nice place, but most staff incompetent or unprofessional From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Villa Veneto is a nice, fairly quiet, fairly secure place to live. The staff, however, for the most part are either incompetent, unprofessional or both. (There are a very few exceptions.) The maintenance staff are slow to respond, usually it requires several calls/visits to the office in order to get a response at all. Occasionally the maintenance staff is sent by the office staff into the wrong apartment for a work order; so unnecessary, unrequested and permission-to-enter-not-granted maintenance occurs. The "gated-security" is also frequently compromised by the fact that the walk-in gates are not kept in good working order and so are frenquently found open. Overall, other than the staff, it is a pleasant place to live.
