Villa Veneto At Palm Valley

Management ruins the place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Advertised as "Luxury Apartments" one would think that there would be an emphasis on service. While the maintenance workers are speedy, courteous and professional, the office management is rude, pretentious and lazy. The apartments are above average but far from Luxury. Multiple breakdowns of appliances occurred during our 5 month stay there. The amenities are also decent (pool, hot tub, workout room, delivery dry cleaning), but once again I always found the management trying to find more ways NOT to do something for us. For the price of rent (nearly a mortgage payment), I expected more. We didn't get it, so we left.
