Lived here for 1 year, then rent prices were increased DRAMATICALLY. Very nice area - I was surprised to see only 3 stars for noise. It's so quiet here, guests often ask me if anyone is living around me - it's completely noiseless at night outside and in. Parking is excellent outside, but the units come with VERY TINY garages. You have to let others in your car get out before entering the garage, there is not enough room to open doors on both sides of the car. Management staff is good overall - maintenance is EXCELLENT. I've never waited more than 1 day for something to be addressed. Overall a really nice place, but the location isn't worth the price. Very long drive to get anywhere - it's located halfway between downtown San Jose and Morgan Hill.
