We have had NEGATIVE as well as POSITIVE experiences here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My family and I have been here for about 3 1/2 years. We think it is a quiet place, with not many problem people around. It has been a decent, but not great place to live. The plumbing is abysmal. It really and truly stinks of sewage water. Be careful especially in the bathroom using the sinks. The showers have bad tiling and are moldy, as well as the bad linoleum jobs in kitchen and bathrooms. The carpets were terrible upon moving in and I am afraid of what will happen when we move out. Our apartment looks to be very old and worn, and many times the water is turned off for days, with little if any warning. The manager is a strange type of lad. He is quite anal and uptight about many instances most people would never think twice about. As one person said on this message board, the grounds are beautiful, manybe so, but there is absolutely no grass for my kids to play in or any type of playing facility. Good luck to all!
