Well if it doesnt it should. This place sucks like no other place on earth has sucked before it. The manager is definately the reason living at Villa Victoria is the most uncomfortable place ever. It almost reminds me of the movie Money Pit with tom hanks and shelly long. It looks nice when you drive by and when you walk through the place, or even the 1st walk-through of your apartment. Very nice, and peaceful indeed. BUT THATS HOW THEY FOOL YOU!! the truth doesnt come out until you have moved in.

All the previous comments are true! The manager is "Satan Incarnate" himself. He is very strange, almost gives me the impression of a child molester type of personality. Just a bit off. You cant QUITE PUT YOUR FINGER on it, but you just FEEL IT! There is something VERY VERY OFF with this guy, he has Beanie Babies for crying out loud in his office. HE HAS A WHOLE HUGE FAMILY OF THEM!! they take up a large shelf in his office. A GROWN MAN with a huge supply of beanie babies, no wife, no girlfriend, just lives alone. Probably a momma's boy too. Don't feel too sorry for him. This is the same guy that watches women walk by and stares right at their boobs.Won't even try to look away. If he takes a fancy to you (and you are a woman)..you better find a new place to move, and I MEAN PRONTO!! He will make it his lifes mission to harrass you every moment of every waking day. He probably dreams of harrasing you when he sleeps in his batman jammies, and robin socks.
This guy is strange. He tells you to make sure your sticker for your car permit is on the right hand bottom side of your car in the back window, and GOD HELP YOU IF YOU put it on upside down!!!
HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A MANAGER (at villa victoria ) scorned!! LORD HAVE MERCY! He will tell you every day to fix that sticker, and make sure it is on the right hand side in the back on the bottom, and not upside down.

He is a womanizing, woman watching, and harrasing person. He treats women incredibly rudely, yet treats the boyfriend or husband very calmly and nice. AFRAID OF GETTING BEAT or something' Does harrassing women make him feel whole'
The place looks decent as an outsider, but once you are a part of the inner workings of this CRAZY LAND, you will understand.
It's so true the manager, the owner, and the owners husband all have SPECIAL rules they can follow, but REALLY GET UPSET if you do the same. You can't park backwards, its true. You can't use the visitor parking if you dont live there. They will be TOWED!!! He watches little kids and girls when they sunbathe. I have witnessed it.
Well I don't know what else to say. This place is horrible, and first chance i get i am out of here. I am afraid i wont get any deposit back, and i am DESPERATELY TRYING TO save my pennies for a deposit and 1st/last months rent someplace else. Thats another way they keep people trapped!!! With no deposit money back, I have to save up tons more money!!!Great Scam Guys!! GO TO JAIL SOON!
I PRAY a lawyer will move in someday, and kick some A**!!! I hope and pray they will get theirs someday.
