WHERE OH WHERE DO I BEGIN..........@ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Villa Victoria...it sounds like such a pretty place doesn't it...sounds like a little chunk of heaven, where happy birds chirp and squirrels gather nuts...and children play in the grass...but the truth of living at Villa is a much much differnt picture. Life at Villa involves having your underwear drawers raided without your knowledge or concent, having smelly sewage water come spewing from the kitchen and bathroom sinks....shower doors that stick and fall off, tattered and ripped carpeting that YOU will be charged to repair when you leave. If you plan on using your apartment AT ALL....OH you need to also plan on paying out of your deposit for that luxury! There is no such thing as a "DEPOSIT" at the Villa...nope...all there is is "YOU WON'T BE SEEING ANY OF THIS MONEY ANY TIME AGAIN!!" with a twisted, evil laugh..HA HA Ha...Sucker... Nothing is truly as is appears at Villa....seems so quiet and quaint...and it would be if not for the menacing manager ALWAYS ON THE PROWL...like a night owl, or a hawk...constantly aware of his surroundings, and always asking nosy and personal questions, harrasing anyone he may cross paths with....annoying, harrassing, invading your privacy and space. Beware of the "Villa"....stay far away, and remember...."your deposit is no longer your own" I guarantee you won't see any of it when you leave......BwaaBWWAAAaaaAaaaa... Good luck everyone!
