SUMMARY: 1)"CHILD MOLESTOR" Looking Manager...WACKO! 2) STEAL YOUR DEPOSITS>>>>YOU WILL SEE!!! 3) EARLY MORNING WEEKEND WAKEUP BY LANDSCAPE PEOPLE...UGH! 4) SEWAGE FOR PLUMBING!! 5) NOISY NEIGHBORS 6) OLD BEAT UP APARTMENTS...thay they take your deposit for to repair for next person. 7) NOT ENOUGH PARKING...but owners all take up 2 spaces each (HUGE SUV's) 8) RIGHT NEXT TO BUS STOP...THEFT IN LAUNDRY ROOM OFTEN!!
