villa dic*k-toria From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005   not enough parking if you have more than 1 vehicle, which most families do. The apartments are spacious, tile, carpets are ugly, must have been a sale on carpets. A lot of grass, but your kids cant play on it, not allowed to walk on the grass. The only pool they have has a one way glass where the manager sits. He can see out, but they cant see in. Whats that all about. The manager is a pain in the ass,whenever you turn around he has some stupid question that MUST be taken care of right away. Like your parking sticker in the wrong window,like you can put it in the wrong window''! Huh. Oh, and definately dont plan on getting your deposit back. I guess they consider it an extra months rent, not your deposit.
