I am a single professional and I've lived at Waterford for two years now..at first it was great. I liked the staff, they were helpful and friendly. My apartment was a little high priced..but I have since received a large decrease in rent when I renewed. Anyway, all of the sudden a new management came in, why I am not sure..but they were frankly, quite rude. I guess they only lasted 5 months or so, cause that was back in July and in December I received a letter stating that the owner-ship of the property had changed. So far my experiences with the new management have been good. Repairs in my apartment seem to get done in a timely manner and the office staff is very down to earth/friendly. There used to be problems with the garage gates but haven't since the new management has come in. I was concidering moving (that's why I was on this web site)to see if I could pay less rent somewhere else, but I received a letter offering to decrease my rent for a pretty reasonable price. So, I'm staying for another year.
