Mgmt sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   We moved here and after staying here found that after our lease had expired, the monthly rent was more than the current market rate...went to negotiate...but they said we should still pay the same rent though we were on a monthly basis...we asked if we moved out and then back in would that change anything but mgmt said they would not let us get back in...can u believe that! Overall, these guys even charge u for minor repairs...have an exercise room for which you have to borrow keys everyday and return back the next
