I live in the colony for last 2 years. I have been paying the same rent from when I moved. 2-3days back I learnt that some people went and asked for rent reduction and after a big fight they got reduction in rent by almost $200 !!
When I went for a request I was told that my market rate was more than what I pay and they can not reduce the rent.
We feel bad as we have not been even given any discount or deal yet. We don't want to go and fight with the management. We don't even have lot of time to do that.. Is it the only way to get our rents reduced''
I do agree and respect the manager as she might be helpless.
But then they offer to some people who can fight and a few like us are always paying huge rents.
We live in 3 bed apartment. We are very happy with the maintainace in the apartment complex. Infact it is very beautiful and pleasent to live. We really would not like to move out off the apartment.
There is no A/C and also apartment becomes very hot in summer. Could be a bad point I can see. Otherwise the 3 bed plan is good. Huge living room is very convinient.
The only reason we are looking for new apartments is because we are paying huge rent . We wanted a 2bed apartment but that time it wasn't available. IF everyone else is paying almost $200 less than what we pay, unfortunately moving out will be the only way .. getting good deals out side is not very difficult.
We liked the apartment complex .. and it will be hard for us to move out.
