A Nightmare! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   The management is a nightmare. Greedy and unrespectful are too little words for em. In order to park a guests car, u need to buy a weekly permit for $5.00!! or they have office staff to accompany you to find out which vehicle needs to be towed out. For 5 bucks the old lady will haunt the premises in the middle of the night. Got a guest for the night...pay $50bucks! Kids not allowed to play in the advertized so called beautiful parks. One learns only after having payed the deposit. The gym is strategically located with the entrance going in through the mens restroom! Can u believe it!! A small and dingy place inside with no windows, wonder if women would be able to make it in, lest the dont wanna be mauled inside with no one even knowing about it. No wonder havent seen anyone there in the last one year. The party hall, TT room, ice machine etc they boast of are always locked off and available only on extra payment basis (about 150$/booking).Expensive laundry machines. Anything else, is money. U wanna talk to them, its money, u wanna quit...it's money!
