Happy Halloween...!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   Before writing this review, I read the others and to my surprise all events had happened to me. All are accurate. Greedy Management, talk only in terms of money. No Manners. Parking is almost scarce for 2nd car. If you want DSL you will pay through your nose for their poor telephone connection. Watchout for big ripoff here..!! Great rates for new renters to rope you in and then you will be screwed...be preapared for moving out cost...after moving in...!!. Management will charge you higher than Market rate there after raising at 8% forever. Look at the Management. Will never publish rent rates anywhere. Opportunists. Move in and Happy Haloween...!!!
