Was fantastic, now just basic housing.

This was a bargain when we moved in. Since then rent increases at 8% have moved it into an average deal, or worse. Also, management continues to cut services: community room no longer available. Sauna's are locked. Security gate goes months unrepaired. I see plumbing failures monthly in our building: flooding through several floors. Electrical outlets have never been fully functional. There is no thermal insulation in the building and management will complain if they spot anything such over the single-pane windows. All appliances are electric, no gas. Baseplate heaters are expensive to operate and cheesey. Don't bother asking management for anything, they have a one-word vocabulary :"no". Phone lines max out at 28.8K on a good day. High speed internet will be expensive and still in works. Landscaping still top notch- everything looks great from the outside. Used to be hermit-quiet, now populated with screaming kids at dinner time. Easy access to stores and freeways. Back side of neighborhood still questionable (again, security gate on that side has been broken open for months). qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
