first of all the management has changed and none of the office staff is courteous. they are all extremely rude and donot work at all. if you expect some better behaviour from the manager, then you are wrong!!!!! she is worse than others and does not care about anything. the most arrogant lot you can never see in any other front office or customer service.
previously the maintenance was good, now they dont service on weekends, if your pipe is leaking, if you dont get electricity, if your electric coil is burnt and your living room is in fire, if your cooking stove not working, donot worry, PRAY GOD and wait.....becoz the maintenance is not available on weekends. now you think atleast they will work on weekdays......again YOU ARE WRRRRRRONNNNNG!!!!!, they dont service on weekdays too, if you have some complaint, first you try calling them, they DONT pickup the phone even though you can see all the office staff and the MANAGER sittin idle, you leave them a message, they DONOT return your call, FINALLY you go directly to the office and report the problem, they will respond in the most rude way possible and neglect or postpone and give some irresponsible answers that will not fix your problem in the remotest way!!!!!
after all this CRAP, you are ready to move in here''''''' fine, GOD alone can help U!!!!
