Stay away. Regret already! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Got storage room break-in, roof leak during raining and waited for two days for repare, hot water outage frequently, leaking water pipe in parking and storage, noisy floor. Just recently, the NEW management asked for $18.00 for 2nd car no matter what floor plan you rent, including 2- and 3-bedroom ones. What a cheap move to collect money. The parking lot is not even full!
