West Park Apartments

The place is going down. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   I have lived here for many years. The complex ie realy going down hill. Stairways and carports are filthy. Management is doing a very poor job of sceening tenants and enforcing rules. A recent change in parking rules (assigned spaces for second cars), makes it very inconvienient if someone mistakenly parks in the wrong space. There is also an additional fee for second cars. Originally we had a full time secrity guard on duty all night. Now, we never see security here at all. People hang out in the stairways and parking areas until wee hours in the morning. Drinking, smoking (sometimes Pot), and leaving a mess. Laundry room facilities are old and contantly breaking down.
