From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   IF YOU LIKE TO LIVE WITH TERMITES, ROACHES AND ANTS CRAWLING ALL OVER YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS THEN MOVE TO WEST PARK, THIS IS THE WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED AT AND I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT. IF YOU ARE ON A LEASE AND YOU WANT TO MOVE THEY CANNOT STOP YOU, AND THEY CANNOT HOLD YOU RESPONSABLE IF YOU ARE ON A LEASE, NEW ORDINANCE WITH THE CITY OF SAN JOSE. IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ASBESTOS YOU CAN SUE THE PROPERTY IF YOU GOT SICK OR IF YOU ARE SICK BECAUSE OF IT. I KNOW THE OWNERS TOOK ALL THE ACUSTIC CEILINGS OFF IN THE HALLWAYS (POPCORN CEILING) THEY LEFT DUST AND PAINT ALL OVER THE HALLWAYS AND LEFT IT ALL OVER THE WALLS AND FLOORS EXPOSED IN THE AIR, AND DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN IT UP FOR DAYS, YOU CAN REPORT THEM TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (OSHA) OR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA. YOU CAN ALSO CALL THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE IF YOU THINK THINGS ARE NOT GETTING FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT OR IF YOU HAVE MOLD, PAINT CHIPPING MAY ALSO CONTAIN LEAD, WATER INTRUSION OR TERMITES. THIS IS ALL A HEALTH HAZZARD, PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION TO ALL THE RESIDENTS, OR POST IN THE LAUNDRY ROOMS.
