Place stinks From: mandar_123@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Living through my first lease and the apartments people tell me current market rent is $1650, but we will give it to you for $1600. Thest guyz think the place is made in heaven... Lost my motorcycle right under the nose of the high skilled security people who come to check things once, mabe twice a night. People steal ur carport and there is no tow people to call because the management people think its the customers problem. Place is right on the highly packed brokaw road and no place to walk or do anything. Size is supposedly 836 sq ft. after putting my living room stuff and my bed with the dresses, theres no place to put the comp.. inside area can not be more than 700 sq. ft. Basically, it stinks... dont bother gettin there at all...
