Parking issue From: larrybirdy Date posted: 5/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   A car occupied my assigned lot. I complained to the management and found out the following: It is MY responsibility to leave a note on that car, and if the car doesn't move in 24 hrs, it is again MY responsibility to leave a second note on that car. Only after 48 hrs and 2 notes, I'm eligible to talk to the management and have that car towed away.
