Not at all good place to live

We are moving out of this apartment community because of three main reasons:
Firstly, The construction of the apartment is very poor, we have stayed here for 1 year and now can see cracks building up on the sliding doors and windows. Also the wall insulation is so poor that we could here our neighbour couple talk , fight and shout clearly ( which is a major privacy issue because we shared our bedroom walls). We complained about this to the management but they are so in human that said they could not do anything about this and when we requested to change our apartment they said we would be breaking our lease and so will be fined for it. Where as in other communities I have lived before they were very considerate to residents facing such problem and exchange an apartment with no extra money.
Secondly, as you might have noted from my previous point the managemnet is very difficult to deal with, they may look to be courteous and sophisticated but they are inhuman and not at all considerate. Also they increase the rent too high whenever you renew the lease so move to this community only if you are ready to pay too much money.
Thirdly, in the late evenings I find some wierd people in the community, looking around stuff near the garbage cans which made me feel unsafe here if you are staying with kids.
Hope these issues help you to decide before you move in because I know moving is painful and lot of work.
