Great Deal From: armeniapcv Date posted: 12/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I moved into Woodland Meadow 4 months ago and I have had an extremely positive experience. The application process was very smooth and everyone has been friendly. I had one maint. issue and it was fixed the next day. The tenants around me are polite and quiet. I do not agree with many of the complaints that have been posted on this site. The complex is very well maintained. There is plenty of visitor parking and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can sometimes hear your neighbors and the appliances are not top of the line/brand new but it is a great value for the money. Plus, most apt bldgs have these issues. The washer and dryer in each unit is also a bonus. There are a lot of families that live here and also young professionals. It is a safe community and its close to Cost Co., grocery stores, 101 HWY and 880. If you are interested in living in the San Jose/Milpitas area, I would definitely come by and check this place out. I am very happy to live here.
