Former Tenant - This place is beyond GHETTO it's always fights going on I have there for several years and I have seen so much going on. But the most GHETTO people have moved out. The property manager is a drunk, and very nosey, he does not clean up at all and gets upset when you request for him to do work. The elevator always go out, the washroom is beyond dirty all the time.
