Manager is a nice family guy, but slow in getting things done in my experience.
Overall layout good,but hot in summer, no a/c. My main dis-like is the beautiful view of the 580 freeway and the traffic noise and dust that comes with it. Private garage a plus. Tenants all working middle class, diverse ethnicity, some children, no pets allowed. Public transportation easily accessible. Close to shopping/schools.
