this place cost too much if you break the contract. they will take back the move in special and they will charge everything even if you live for only a month. i broke the contract and i paid a month?s penalty and still they deduct $855 from your deposits. i have to wait for 6 weeks to recieve my deposit. this is not a place for you to stay. you will get much better deal in a lot of other places. and you could even hear your neighbour snored at night from your bedroom. and footsteps all day and night from the top floor. outside my terracce is like a jungle with lots of big trees and a very very thick dried leaves on the floor. the pathway inside of the building has a a bad odour.
