Upgrades Outside - None Inside - Rent To Surely Go Up!

Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2005
 
Where are Lynn and Garrett when you need them. The outside is being upgraded, and I'm sure that will come with a huge rent increase. But the owner needs to upgrade the apartments themselves. When you have been in one as long as I have, it would be nice if you could get the carpet and tile in the kitchen and bath replaced. They look awful, old and worn out
