Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2002
I have lived at Chateau for many many years, i have seen the various management that have come through here. No one compared to Lynn and Garrett, its probably better for them that they moved to another apt building. there is sooooooo much matiance work that needs to be done. even if you report it the women in the office dont care. sure they take your request down, but it never gets done. if i had a recomendation for the owner of the property i would tell him to clone Lynn and replace these managers now.
