THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH WOODCHASE IS THAT THEY LET ANYONE WITH ANY KIND OF CREDIT OR PROBLEMS IN THE PROPERTY.WHICH FOR SOME I MYSELF ONE OF THEM.BUT I AM A PARENT AND NOT A PAROLEE WHICH IS WHAT THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF AT WOODCHASE.THE BIG PROBLEM IS THEY LEAVE THERE ADDRESS AND THAT BRINGS PROBLEMS FOR THE NEXT TENNANT IN THAT APARTMENT.I HAD THE SHERIFFS DEPT AT MY DOOR LOOKING FOR SOME GUY 3 TIMES.THE 3RD TIME I SPOKE WITH AN OFFICER AND HE APPOLOGIZED AND SHOWED ME THAT THEY HAD OVER 20 PAROLEES AT WOODCHASE AND WOULD CHECK MAILBOX NAMES BEFORE KNOCKING AT DOORS WITH GUNS DRAWN.HEAR ME THIS IS AT 4 AM!NOT SO NICE!THE NEW CLOSET SIZE GYM ISNT EVEN OPEN AT THAT HOUR!MY ENIEGHBORS PEEP HOLE WAS SHOT THROUGH WITH A GUN WHICH WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME. I NOW PAY 375 DOLLARS LESS A MONTH FOR A MUCH NICER APT IN THE HILLS LOOKING DOWN ON ALL THE PROBLEMS OF THE FLATLANDS.BUT YES I STILL COME DOWN TO SHOP AND VISIT PEOPLE I KNOW BUT WHEN I PASS WOODCHASE I THANK THAT I TOOK THE TIME TO FIND A NEW PLACE AND WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS ITS NOT HARD AT ALL AT WOODCHASE THAT 1400 A MONTH IS NOT FOR YOUR SAFETY!DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO ELSEWHERE THIS IS FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO WOODCHASE I HOPE I HELPED YOU MAKE YOUR CHOICE I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME I WOULDNT HAVE WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY.GOOD LUCK!

Regarding bait boxes, yes we have them all around the property. We dont allow aggresive breeds, and we have our restrictions, if you want to come by the office to let me know who has an aggressive dog I would love to hear it. Yes, I agree on Silicon valley I dont believe they have done their job and that is why on August 10th we will have a new security patrol company. We also are having video cameras installed on the property. Regarding the garbage cans there is not 3, we have 3 on each side of the propety and they are picked up 3 times a week. I have no control over residents chooseing to put their garbage on the floor verses inside the containers and that is why our maintenance clean that area daily. If you need the pool or the spa hotter, all you have to do is ask. I really do wish you could be comfortable enough to come by the office and have this conversation with me verses on this site. However, if you feel better addressing your concerns through this site verses coming by the office we can continue this way. I do care for the residents I have and would like to correct any issues or concerns they have, but that can only be done with communication.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO ACTUALLY LOOK OUTSIDE FOR THOSE BAIT BOXES HMMM THERE LIKE CRISS ANGEL!AND NO ONE HERE WANTS TO BE THE NARK THATS NOT WHAT WE GET PAID FOR THATS YOU.IF YOU WERE TO JUST WALK THE PROPERTY AND KNOCK ON DOORS DO INSPECTIONS DIDNT YOU GO TO SCHOOL FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND ITS ALL BASIC.AGAIN WHY SHOULD THE GOOD TENNANTS DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU.THERE ARE ALOT OF NICE PEOPLE AND WOODCHASE BUT THE LONGER YOU DRAG THEM FEET THE SOONER THOSE TENNANTS WILL GO ELSEWHERE.YESTERDAY MET THE NEW SECURITY GREAT TO SEE YOU ARE LISTENING MAYBE THE INCIDENT AT APT --- THE DOOR SHOOTING INCIDENT WAS THE BREAKER FOR SILCON VALLEY PATROL THEY NEVER CAME AROUND AND NEVER DID MUCH BUT KICK OUT PEOPLE FROM THE POOL SO ITS GREAT TO SEE THEM GO BUT MAYBE NOW YOU CAN HAVE ONE OF YOUR GUYS TAKE DOWN THERE SIGNS OFF THE GATES SO THE BAD PEOPLE KNOW THAT WE HAVE A REAL SECURITY COMPANY NOW AND OUR MAILBOXES CARS,AND APARTMENTS ARE BEING WATCHED!AGAIN WALK THE PROPERTY LOOK FOR PROBLEMS LOOK FOR PITBULLS.JUST LAST WEEKEND MY NEIGHBORS A BUIDING OVER WERE SELLING DOGS FROM THERE APARTMENT SO I DECIDED TO ASK SOMEONE WHO HAD PURCHASED A DOG FROM THEM.THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE DASHHOUND BREEDERS AT THAT APARTMENT!WHICH COULD EXPLAIN THE REASON WHY I AM ROUGHLY 500 FEET FROM APT #--- AT ---- AND I CAN SMELL URINE AND FECIES IN MY APARTMENT BECAUSE OF THEM. I HAVE TALKED TO MY NIEGHBORS AND THEY EXP THE SAME FRUSTRATIONS ITS DISCUSTING IF YOU WALK BY THE APT YOU WILL SEE DOG AND CAT WAIST ALL OVER THE FLOOR IT SMELLS SO BAD THERES GARBAGE ALL IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT AND I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND THAT U COULD MISS THIS IF YOU WALK THE PROPERTY OR EVEN YOUR STAFF! BUT THATS OK THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE A HOT DAY AND I HAVE TO OPEN MY SLIDING DOOR AND EXPEREINCE THE SMELL OF 3 DOGS AND 2 CATS I WILL JUST GO TO THE OFFICE PHYSICALLY SNITCH ON MY NIEGHBOR AND THEN TRY OUT THE FREE VIDEO RENTAL NOW THATS A GREAT IDEA BUT ITS AT WOODCHASE I AM AFRAID THAT THE MOVIES MIGHT BE IN BETA FORMAT!

Yeah, a police officer told me about a lot of sex offenders at woodchase. I moved ME and my baby OUT.
