I thought it was an ok place to live. Close to freeway and BART. I did notice the second building was kind of loud and a little ghetto. I lived in the first building, right when you drive in from Haas Ave, to the left. Parking was cool, assigned. Laundry rooms were small.

Management was horrible. The manager lived in my building. I watched the manager move out around 3 o'clock one morning one day. There was no management available for weeks after that, as they searched to replace him. Chaos was in effect then. property wasnt kept up, late fees went around for no reason, then taken back when they realized it was their mistake. my rent was always ontime, however, they sent me to a collection agency months after i left. now tell me, why did i get my FULL deposit back when i moved out, if i owed anything.. I didn't owe anything, they run a crappy management from their offices somewhere in the valley. hope things have changed since i lived there in 2004. just found this site.. love it!!!

I saw this complex in some sort of apartment renters magazine and decided to go for it. I lived in the first building. Maintenance was a joke and there were children who used to rummage through our trash bin for recyclables and they didn't even live in the complex. I can't recommend this place. The first floor was straight up welfare and that group brought the whole building down. One night/early morning I was awakened to someone howling and no one did anything. For awhile a family of racoons had taken up residence in the underground parking. For your own personal well being pay a little more for rent and stay at a place where they don't take welfare/section 8.
