It was - Ashland Garden apartments WAS a great place to live, but lately the other renters have become a problem. It seems the friendly people have all left the area. CRAZY MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE LADY MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL, NOT FRIENDLY. CRAZY PERSON. THE PLACE IS NOISY, DIRTY. THE TAKE A LOT FROM YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN IF YOU LET IT CLEAN.

good community I recently move in to bayfair apts. Very nice community, quiet,safe and very nice staff. The manager does not play games about following their rules, she is very nice and helpfull. I had a problem with my sink, and it was repair within hours. security is very nice and polite. I

Very nice, and quiet community. Fuller enterprises really knows how to select their employees. The office staff is very professional, kind, and helpful. If you are looking for a very nice apt. and excellent customer service I highly recomed bayfair east apt. or any fuller enterprises properties.
