Expensive and Disgusting

Rent goes up every year and if you don't get to the apartment complex early enough, it goes up every week. Parking is $300 for a space. You don't buy a space, you don't get a spot. They rent without any regard. Even the most disgusting and annoying tenants will be taken.
The only full bath in the 4 bedroom "townhouse" has a bad ventilation problem. Mold grows on the walls. If you think 545 is expensive now, just wait until next year. the same apartment is 600 .
