I loved staying at Benchmark. The Apartment Manager is wonderful. She answered all my questions and was always available to help out. Be it someone parking in my spot, or me locking myself out of my apartment. There was always help available. The maintenance staff was really helpful and would get your work orders done in a very timely manner. The grounds are well kept, and the neighbors are friendly. Not too much noise except summertime by the pool, but even that wasn't so bad. It is a wonderful place to stay-- I HIGHLY recommend it!!
