My husband and I have been living here since December of last year. We absolutely love it here. We have lived in 3 different apartment complexes and Benchmark is a place I actually love calling home. This place has the BEST staff! Maintenance is done with in 24-48 hours, gardening is done about twice a week, 24 hour laundry (and they don't steal your clothes!!) and the pool/jacuzzi are always clean. There are a lot of college students that have parties, but one phone call to the security patrol and it's taken care of. Highly reccomend!!!!!
