I live here for a year and in my stay here i noticed a few things that could be changed. The management needs to keep a better eye out for trash and such (photos are not mine but are what the apartment areas look like) and also they need to quit thinking they are worth the money people pay to live there. they way overcharge for what you actually get. when you go and see this place dont be fooled by the courtyard and the lobby area. go and look for yourself at all the apartment grounds before you rent here. other then those complaints, the noise usually keeps low and the walls are virtually noise proof, privacy is descent, and parking is okay.

just so everyone knows, parking is not assigned and there are ALWAYS open spaces. the apartments are brand new, and other than people leaving out trash bags (which i have NEVER seen and I have lived here for a year), there is absolutely nothing to complain about unless you're nitpicking and obsessive.
