Living in this apartment complex was by far the WORST experience I have ever had living somewhere. This handicapped guy deals drugs right out in the open and nothing is done about it (because the assistant manager buys them from him too, I found this out when I saw them doing the exchange in one of the upper parking lots of the apartments late at night). The gang members run the show, everyone is too scared to stand up to them. They blast their bass and have no consideration for anyone but themselves. The Sheriffs were constantly there but since the gang members had lookouts they never got caught. Weed was constantly being smoked out in the open and kids were always running around and screaming in the streets. (If you enjoy peace and quiet you won't get it here) One of the kids hit my car with their basketball and when I told them to knock it off they mouthed off to me in Spanish.

Being a young white female, I did not ever feel safe here. There is no security patrol provided by the apartments. I hated everything about that place. There are barely any trees, there is nowhere to park (you have to pay extra for an extra parking spot and there is no guest parking inside the complex at all), and people just leave their trash scattered everywhere, especially around the outsides of the dumpsters. Furthermore, the maintenance people suck and it takes at least a week for them to respond to something. I had no hot water for almost a week!

No matter how much I complained the management did NOTHING. The only reason I was able to break my lease was because when I signed it, it stated the environment was drug free (which is was obviously not) and I obtained photos of the handicapped man dealing drugs and gave them to management. I guess I shouldn't have expected much for $850/month but I didnt know it would be this bad.

I suggest if you are white, or anything but Mexican, do not move here.
