im a student at cal state san marcos and i work. im pretty responsible and quiet. i moved in to meadow creek because i needed a place quick that was close to the school. the first week i was here, my girlfriends car was broken into. the funny thing is that the stupid jerks that broke into her car took the $20 XM radio receiver instead of the two $150 books in the back seat. there are always kids running around at all times of the day. the managers say they cant control them. im mexican myself, so there is no racist comments, but the place is always loud and crowded. you only get one parking space and have to walk up a hill to get parking at the nearest shopping center. the security guard is some 25 year old loser who patrols the inside of his car while chatting on his phone.my apartment always stinks because my nieghbor is some alcoholic lady with four cats who smokes and doesnt clean out all the cat crap from her place. the walls are so thin that the stink just goes through them. maintanence is horrible. i had roaches for the first three months that we were here.
all in all people, no joke, this a really bad place to live. once you check the place out you realize that the actual apartments are nice but place is hell to live in. NOT a place for students or anybody who wants to live in a place without people drinking outside at all hours of the night. and apart from this, you have to pay for water and trash through a third party company that charges an extra $50 a month to rent.
DONT, REALLY DONT MOVE HERE...IT'S REALLY THIS BAD.
