Dangerous!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived next door to an apartment that caught on fire in the middle of the night, resulting in a fatality. This was due to the fact that neither the smoke alarm nor the building's pull-alarm worked. I found out that week that our smoke alarm was not functional, either. Aside from this preventable tragedy, the management is horrible and rude, and told me to fill out some forms and write out some statements upon move-out, later to tell me that the move-out was performed improperly, and they blamed me. I am now in collections for some delinquent bills of my roommate's, when Gables had my phone number the whole time and went to collections before bothering to let me know. They are AWFUL and I hope you don't choose to live there! I deeply regret that I ever did.
