Spacious with your own garage space, but noisy - Good: Our apartment is big enough as a 1bdrm, 1 bth. 800sf for $1085 a month. Not bad. The owners are great and take care of issues immediately. They are a very sweet elderly couple. You get your own garage space which was very important to me.
